Skin lesions
Pug skin diseases
Every breed is different. It may have certain favourite lesions or localization for a skin disease. Or it may have favourite diseases that we see more often than in other breeds. And sometimes it even has unique dermatosis that we meet exclusively in that breed.
For example Pug is prone to intertrigo, often has demodicosis and atopic dermatitis, may have middle ear effusions and would be a champion if there will be viral plaque competition:)
Pug is a very popular breed and with many skin issues — let’s learn more about them!
